The Position You Sleep

Personality
The Foetus:
-tough on the outside but sensitive at heart
-shy when they first meet another person, but relaxes soon after that
-more than twice as many women as men adopt this sleeping position

The Log:
-lying on ur side with ur arms on ur side
-easy going
-social
-gullible
-like being part of the in-crowd
-easily trusts strangers

The Yearner:
-lying on ur side with both arms out in front
-open nature
-can be suspicious and cynical
-slow to make up ur mind
but once u made the decision, u will not change it.

The Soldier
-lying on back with both arms pinned to the side
-generally quiet and reserved
-dont like fuss
-set high standards for urself and others

The Freefaller
-lying on ur front with ur arms around ur pillow
-often gregarious and brash people
-can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath
-dun like criticisms or extreme situations

The Starfish
-lying on ur back with both arms around ur pillow
-good friends
-always ready to listen and to offer help
-dun like to be in the centre of attention

Health Effect
The freefall position is good for digestion.
Starfish and soldier positions often lead to snoring and a bad nights sleep.
Those who lie on their back may end up breathing less during the night.

I always believe that everything that anyone did either consciously or unconsciously, is actually reflecting some hidden meaning.
