Roasted Chicken

*whoa* First time my mom roast a chicken…

Well, actually my mom bought the golden roast seasoning mix. So basically, she just followed the instruction there.
Cooking method provided is:
1 whole chicken / chicken pieces (1-1.3kg)
1 sachet 40gm Golden Roast Marinade Seasoning Mix
Half tbsp. of cooking oil
Spread Seasoning Mix over the chicken evenly and marinade for about 1 hour. Then brush some oil evenly over the chicken and roast in the oven (350F/180C) for approximately 35-40 minutes or Pan-Fry / Grill until cooked.
Anyway my mom said add some water inside to mix with the seasoning mix. Otherwise it’s very dry.
