That extra pounds
For those who have not seen me lately, I do have something to confess.
I have gained more than 5kg ever since I started working.
It’s not that I don’t wanna state the exact amount of weight I’ve gained. I was too afraid to weigh myself ever since I last weighed myself and got to know I’ve already had that extra 5kg with me.
You may think that’s a really small matter, but it matters a lot when I’m standing at only 4 feet 11. I feel like I’m some sort of walking melon. Looks really round. The worst of all is that I can’t fit into a lot of my clothes.
You may ask WHY I GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT.
Let me share with you the life after school a.k.a. the working life.
6.30am: I woke up at around 6.30am everyday (sometimes earlier, sometimes later).
6.35am: I start to wash up, shower, make-up as well as dressing up.
7.30am: I pack my bag(s), i.e. check my access card, handphone, purse, make-up pouch, etc.
7.45am: Depart from my house a.k.a. Getting ready to stuck in the traffic.
8.45am: Arrive at the car park (maybe earlier or later, depending on the terrible traffic at KL. NPE and SMART do not help much! FTS)
9.00am: I should be in the office. Same ol’ story, maybe earlier or later. The latest I’ve ever gone into the office is 9.30am with my horrible colleague doubting me when she always come in much later than me! FTS x2.
9.10am: Settled down, take my newspapers (1st task of the day).
9.15am: Sit, read newspaper & eat my breakfast.
9.15am – 11am: Working on whatever my tasks are.
11.00am: Hungry! Take some biscuits from the pantry and start eating them.
1.00pm: LUNCH TIME! THE HAPPIEST TIME ON EARTH! LOL.
2.00pm: Back to office. Usually I’m very stuffed! Sometimes I had chap fan, sometimes I had pan mee, sometimes I had chicken rice. And usually I finish the food.
2.00pm – 4.00pm: Sit and work again.
4.00pm: HUNGRY! So it’s tea time! Take some more biscuit to eat! Lately, we have better options due to the fact that my colleagues have been traveling to Ipoh and Penang quite a bit, so we had the famous local biscuit from there for our tea time!
6.00pm: Usually I get off from work on time. Or I’ll just hang around til 6.30pm sometimes.
7.30pm – 8.00pm: I reach home some time between 7.30pm and 8.00pm depending on the traffic and the weather.
8.00pm: DINNER TIME!
9.00pm: Sit and online/watch TV/chat with mom.
10.00pm: Wash up!
11.00pm: Online somemore or sleep.
& the cycle repeat itself on the following day.
Tell me how not to get fat! I always sit or lie down after I eat!
During the weekend, I just keep eating and sleep to pay the sleep debt!!!
TELL ME HOW NOT TO GET FAT!
I am so furious that I become so fat. Right now, this is the stage where I am the fattest throughout my life this far!
It’s so depressing.
The scariest part is Justin somehow is losing weight! WTF.
So I’ll become the fat girlfriend!!! Which is not good and risky! He can use that as a lame excuse to look at other slim girls. FML.
Sigh. My BFF is very determined tho, she can control her food intake and swim and do all sorts of thing to lose that weight. But I just can’t. I’m such a loser. I shall hide at a corner and die as a fatty. *sobs
