Tribute to Coco Chanel
You can see how long ago it was based on the date printed on the ticket stub. Like I said, I was juggling that whole work-life balance thingmajig. It’s really hard. It’s just hard to manage expectations from everyone, especially from myself. I’m totally aware that I’m a perfectionist at times, which is no good for me, giving me too much stress.
Let’s not sidetracked and get back into business!
I wanted to watch this movie so badly when I knew about it. But it wasn’t showing in Malaysia (yet). I tried to look for its DVD or download it, but all efforts were in vain . One day, I was reading the newspaper as it’s part of my job. My eyes lit up when I read that it was going to show in Malaysia and only at selected cinemas because French Festival was happening in town! *_*
I knew the boyfriend wasn’t (& still isn’t) interested in such movies. So I quickly asked my sister to watch this with me. What I didn’t tell her was the movie is going to be in French (ahhh my favorite foreign language!). But who cares! There’s subtitles in it!
I decided to throw whatever I have from Chanel together in order to pay a tribute to Coco Chanel. Yes, I do realize I sound like a crazy fangirl here, but whatever!
