Ok, let’s get this started! I took quite a bit of pictures at Singapore when I had my sweet escape last month, but that will be another post to share the pictures. I’ll start off with my LOTDs when I was there. If only you’re interested T____T

My mint top is from one of the blogshops online (fuck can’t remember!), the black shorts is from H&M , black flats from Charles & Keith, armor ring from ASOS, bag from Gucci.

Tunic/dress & blazer are from Topshop, same black flats from Charles & Keith, panther ring from ASOS, same bag from Gucci.

Beige top from Mango, same black shorts from H&M, same black flats from Charles & Keith, layered chained necklace is from FCUK, spiked bracelet from Forever 21, same armor ring from ASOS.

As you can see, I have recycled a lot of my clothes because I was so determined that I wanna pack light and I was worried that I might shop quite a bit. True enough, I shopped quite a bit at Zara. The sales at Zara was amazing! SO CHEAP, couldn’t resist! Only if we have that kind of sales in Malaysia too.  I didn’t manage to score anything from H&M tho, can’t find anything that I really like within my budget. I didn’t get to visit the A&F store too. Time management #phailed! But it’s okay, there’s always next time!

But seriously, I was glad that I took that bit of effort to dress up while I was there, because most girls (& even guys) I’ve seen there were so stylish & fashionable! Almost all the girls I saw on the street were wearing falsies! Luckily I was wearing too! *KiaSu

So, when I said last yeard that 2010 wasn’t a very good year for me, lil did I know that 2011 was worse! Urm, well, it’s not entirely that bad, at least something happened at the very end of the year and it may explains why the bad stuff happened in the first place. 

Last year, we had the very unusual Chinese New Year reunion dinner at La Bodega. [Pictures]

Had pre-birthday dinner with Bff! [Bff's write-up on this]

Spent the actual day of my birthday at Genting was jinxed again as usual. [Happy 25th to me!]

Darl bought me my first YSL item & I finally got the boombox for my iPod/iPhone! ♥__♥ [Pictures]

Changed job, it’s kind of like the worst job I’ve ever had. Le sigh. And then I was single after being in a relationship for 7 years. [Letting go, 分开后的一个月]

Was/still am at a crossroad, didn’t and still don’t know what to do with my (career) life.

Went thru a tough time for a month or two and had very severe breakout, so bad that I refused to go out at times. Therefore signed up a facial treatment’s package to pamper myself a lil.

Finally signed up for gym & discovered that working out is actually really fun! [Work out]

Had quite a bit of bonding sessions with Bff because I was #foreveralone  T___T  Luckily she still came out with me and we did manicures and stuff like that. That including celebrated her post-birthday with her! [Write-up specially dedicated to her for being such an awesome friend! You kepoh people can also go and read if you wonder how we know each other. lololol]

Partied quite a bit too since I was single, it’s like nothing to do so might as well just party. Lol. [Pictures #1, Pictures #2] Ahhh yeah, & celebrated Arthur’s Day for the first time when I don’t even like Guinness to begin with. Urgh.

Had a (silly) crush on someone and got myself hurt again. Ahh yeah, more verybal diarrhea #1 and #2 about that.  What’s new? /waves

Went to Hong Kong & Macau! My belated summer vacation. I vowed to travel at least once a year but it’s so expensive to travel around when you have limited budget! But I was so glad that I went ahead and met my super close friends in MSU, CM b* and Venus!

I have finally gotten my dream purse!!! You’ve got no idea how long it has been since I started telling everyone around me that I’m gonna get a new purse!  ♥__♥ x infinity & beyond!

Found out something that I totally didn’t want to know about it, heart was broken. </3

Finally had atas high tea at G Tower KL. Didn’t even know that TWG tea is that atas until last month when Mel told me about it. o.O

Got closer to ze Bears’ Clan! Hooorraaahhhh! \^o^/ & we even had road trip to Melaka to meet up with Claudine before she went back to UK.

I have finally realized it, confronted it, accepted it & let it go.

Celebrated Halloween again with Bff! [Bff's write-up on this (again! I was so lazy last year! -__-)]

Watched Tsai Chin’s concert too! Which was super awesome! A lot of people were very surprised when they heard of me going to catch that concert… Mmmmm whyyyyy? I’m very Chinese at heart, ok! & I love the real singers who can really sing well in live!

Darl left for Japan to pursue her dreams and I really miss her. I’m so glad that we spent a night together and almost a whole day together the day after!

Went out with Vampire for quite a bit until things turned ugly. Yeah, it was all nice, sweet, warm but it’s not enough. I wasn’t looking for one and he crossed the line. Big time.

Met Tricia!!!

Received my 1st ever postcard posted from Italy when CM b* was there for her business trip! Jeez, I’m totally envious of her job… She’s been travelling around the world, meeting a lot of people & so occupied!

Attended Veron’s wedding and got to talk to Candice just a lil bit! Felt out of place but it’s ok, it’s very touching. I loved the part when her husband thanked her parents for bringing her to this world because she’s so beautiful and nice. T____T  Diabetic!!!

Oh yes! One of the biggest news in 2011 – Bff got engaged like finally!!! So happy for her that I screamed so loud that the mak cik stared at me like dafuq is wrong with this girl! Show her some love if you haven’t!

I was quite hardworking end of last year, put on falsies & tong my hair, and generally dress up more often than before. Let’s hope I’ll keep this up for this year… Hmm.

Met Duffy in December and went out a few dates with him. & then.. we fell/fall in love.      (YEAHYEAHYEAH I EAT MY OWN WORDS LA WHAT WANNA BE SINGLE FOR 3 YEARS MY CRAP!)

I think last year was one of the very few years I had a lot of Christmas gifts! CM b* sent me a Christmas parcel too! So loved & blessed. The last time I had more than one Christmas gift was probably when I was in the States, roomies’ family was really sweet! They got me a lot of gifts for Christmas. <3

& I think one of the biggest achievements last year was that I survive year end’s closing at work! I worked thru the last Friday of 2011 until 2am+. Smeared make-up & messy hair at MacDee. But it’s ok! I was done with year end! /self pats on shoulder

And if you want me to conclude my 2011 in a few sentences, I’d say that I’ve learned a lot last year. So much from work and my personal life. Now I view things quite differently. I am now more positive, less cynical. I don’t know what this year is gonna bring me, I sure hope they are all good stuff! But life’s not a bed of roses, aye? I’ll just take whatever come in my way & make the best out of them! #ChallengeAccepted

Joseph Vincent is TOO cute!  *___* Definitely want to meet him in person!

It’s been a while since I sit down in front of my personal laptop and really wanna blog properly (read: verbal diarrhea).

The past 2 months+ was like a roller coaster, or at least it was to me.

Now that I have a boyfriend & I’m totally in a new & fresh relationship (I hope it still is!) and Valentine’s Day is less than 2 weeks away! At first I was quite nervous because mine always got jinxed! #foreverjinxed

But after talking to Duffy, I become so excited suddenly! It’s our first Valentine’s Day and both of us don’t wanna ruin it so we planned together. Right, there will be no surprise but it’s perfectly okay with me.

This sounds really corny but you don’t have to be extra nice to your other half just because it’s a Valentine’s Day.

HOWEVER, it doesn’t eliminate the fact that you should make the other half feel extra special on the special occasions.

Thing is I really hate it whenever a guy told me that he’s not willing to spend a lil bit more (e.g. buy her presents/bring her to a nicer place or at least accompany her) on the special occasions and giving girls the lame excuse as I have just mentioned above that “everyday’s a Valentine’s Day if you’re with the right person”.

Oh really?

If it’s so, why won’t you just make some effort to prove it on the special occasions?

Because it really goes a long way and us girls appreciate it.

Don’t be lazy & give us that lame line!

Just make some effort that you appreciate the fact that she spend that day with you (it should goes in both ways and not one -way traffic) and she will see it.

Don’t bullshit her. Girls are not that bimbotic, at least not most of us.

The only reason why girls tolerate your bullshits and holding onto it is only because she loves you.

Don’t take that for granted. The moment you take that for granted is the moment she starts to evaluate the relationship & you, and most of the time, it’s no good ending.

I don’t know why I sound so angsty in this entry, maybe because I’m so tired of how Malaysian guys are being so lazy in making some effort to make their girls happy/happier, but they keep whining instead.

Stop being so egoistic. It’s 2012 already!

Thanks to bff, I actually got to know 2 famous bloggers last year.

One of them is Audrey, super friendly & cute! My reaction when I met her for the first time was “Omg someone is actually so much more petite than me? I finally know how people felt when they met me for the first time!”

& another one is a fashion blogger from Philippines.

Yep, I met Tricia! We even did nails together & she’s kind enough to link me! *___* That explains why my blog was/is getting the sudden hits from PH & all places from the world!

She is so down-to-earth and gorgeous!

I looked like crap beside her (nope, am not fishing for compliments). I had the chance to meet an international fashion blogger & I had to be so bloated that day! Dafuq!!!

I know I sound totally shallow in this entry… Like they’re just normal humans, why do I sound so excited/nervous about meeting them, right? Well, that’s because they’re so real even though they’re so popular already! That’s something I really admire. It’s not something everyone could do/maintain.

& I’m really shallow in some ways… Like, they’re so pretty! They really took the time to groom themselves up. I’m so lazy. T___T I just learned how to put on falsies like few weeks ago, so yeah.

Anyway, yeah, super old LOTD of that day. I had a bad hair day + I was so bloated!
